EXPERIENCED BAKER

Colleen's Cafe is hiring an experienced, reliable, early morning commercial baker. 

Bakers must be:

• Passionate about creating perfect, consistent products every time
• Ability to scale and follow recipes consistently
• Strong understanding of baking techniques
• Focus on every detail
• Love working as a team and welcome the chance to collaborate
• Quality is a focus and take pride in their work
• Work efficiently to meet required timelines
• Must maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Excel at communication

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year commercial baking experience
• Must be able to multi task 
• Reliable and on time for every scheduled shift
• Available to work early mornings, weekends
• Adhere to cafe operating policies and standards
• Prepare products by consistently following standard recipes, including recipe changes
